Notice To All Our Patients
Please be aware that we are changing our computer system on 18th June 2019.
If you need any of your regular medications before 18th June 2019, please request these by Monday 3rd June 2019 in order that these prescriptions can be processed before the change over.
The change over will also affect our online service. Access to Patient Services will cease on Monday 3rd June 2019 which means NO on-line booking facility will be available until mid July
The new online portal will be up and running by the mid July.
Current users will be sent an email to re-register on Patient access to enable you to utilise on-line services.

With effect from 1st April 2016 Woodside Group Practice (WGP) ceases to exist which means your registration with WGP will end. YOU MUST re-register with a GP Practice.
